those times where you would wake up at 7.30am and have to be at school by 8.00am (because of my OCD, not necessarily meaning that it was the start of school) when i had to rush off and buy something from the canteen or go without. the times that i had to study until really late and couldn’t really prepare anything to take to school for lunch, so took money instead. those times i had to buy food from the canteen and would look at it and make remarks to friends on how gross it was. 

i appreciate food so much more, oh food - our relationship is going to be wonderful.
